No empathy to the public at all!

I am a nurse and parked on a Saturday for 14 minutes to collect an emergency prescription due to there being NO parking spaces available and NO other pharmacies close by to dispense an EMERGENCY prescription prescribed by a doctor. The pharmacy was closing at 2pm and I stayed from 1335-1349. It was the only available SAFE spot to park when the car park was filled with ice.

No empathy at all to the wider public and I have attempted to appeal due to MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES to no avail.

I will be bringing this up with my MP as I’m sure they will be very interested to hear about this story.

Would NOT recommend - customer service APPALLING

Trying to cancel a flight with easyJet is IMPOSSIBLE. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve tried email, phonecall and ‘chat to us’. It’s also clear that when they finally get back to you when you’re making a complaint about their incompetent service, they do not even give a personalised reply - it’s a copy and paste template they’ve sent to everyone which one easyJet colleague apologised for because he made the mistake of copying and pasting underneath his signature on email. Still, my flight has not been cancelled and it is tomorrow.

I’ve raised a dispute re this with my bank as I luckily paid on credit card so hopefully now they’ll start to reply.

Georgia Day is a credit to Gascoigne Halman

Recently bought a house and dealt with agent Georgia Day who was fabulous from start to finish. No qualms with recommending her and the team at Macclesfied. Overall, it took around 4-5 months and Georgia just kept pushing for us to be moved in by Christmas which finally happened. Thanks, Georgia!

SHOCKINGLY RUBBISH SERVICE

I ordered a Christmas hamper on 18-11-22 for a relative to be delivered on Christmas Eve. JL took my 58 pounds out of my bank on 18-11.

Fast forward to this afternoon on 22-12 (less than 48 hours before the delivery date/time) the order was ‘cancelled’ due to BEING OUT OF STOCK!??? And they said I will have to await new stock.

Absolutely ludacris how they can treat customers like this. I have definitely cancelled the order and will not be buying from JL again. My relative won’t be having their Christmas present on time. How can this happen when you place an order more than a month before and they confirmed and took my money?

I haven’t received my Matalan order.. yet again!!!! I thought things had improved from July when I last ordered. One item was delivered but my order 2/2 hasn’t been delivered - some trainers for my daughter.

I would like full refund of p&p and the trainers. Never ever again

REFUND NEEDED: Order number 52597514

Order number 52597514

Writing this on behalf of my mum! She hadn’t received her Matalan order either. It stated that it should be delivered between 7-10 July to the store. Still no updates and not received. Not able to have them as holiday clothes anymore. Please give full refund and cancel the delivery.

Paid premium price for delivery .. still not here 10 days later!

Absolutely so disappointed with Matalan and won’t be ordering from there again.

Spent money on holiday clothes and paid £4.95 for them to come before my holiday. Well, it looks like we won’t be having holiday clothes from Matalan this year.

Received an email to say they have been dispatched but still not here 10 days later! I’ve checked on Evri and it’s still not even left the warehouse.

I’ve emailed over to the ‘contact us’ department. Please look at my order number 52420389

Anyone thinking Matalan is going bust? Cos I am!

Can’t get through to guest relations to…

Can’t get through to guest relations to save my life. They cut me off after being on hold for 30 minutes.

I have covid-19 and unable to cancel my booking and get a refund.

Wasted 65 pounds of my money. Never again! Worse than Ryanair.
