Pleasant and accommodating personel, despite my mistake of not realising factory shop was closed. My needs were met quickly and click and collect was easy, even though they are working so hard with the move of site.
Can't wait until the factory shop is up and running again, despite always spending more than I should. A great 'sweetie shop' for people who love textiles!

I found the website quite diffucult to navigate particularly trying to personalise a card.
Not much choice for son and daughter-in-law anniversary but plenty of choice for daughter and son-in-law.

Good machine. Does what its supposed to and more.
Unfortunately, many of the features are unnecessary eg. Can be connected to phone to start cycles and a light in the drum when loading with washing.
More than 75% of features unused.
More features = more things to stop it working.
Bring back simple good quality washing machines with a selection of wash cycles, temperatures and spin speeds.

Quality of purchase excellent.
Delivery a little slow.
