An update on previous review

An update on previous review. Sure I received a response but it was all just an empty promise of resolution. I sent the proof of delivery from Evri but still nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Buy with caution

I bought two pairs of shoes allegedly to be uk5 but when arrived were too small width and length. I bought knowing I had 90 day free return. Turns out this was misleading. I had to return to China as cost of £28 being assured by customer services that this shipping would be covered. The item was delivered and tracking notification provided. Then it all unravelled and the truth came out. Despite multiple discussions with customer services who claimed each time that refund would be provided it never arrived. Each time I had to upload the same evidence . Then the vendor claimed the products were not returned in good condition which I dispute because each pair was carefully bubble wrapped unlike how I received them. I appealed but that wasctejected. There was never any intent and customer services fobbed me off. Now I'm left out of pocket and am working with PayPal. I'd recommend using Temu and avoiding this company like the plague. Be warned. Update: further to their reply below I received an email which said the same thing and behold the same response about me the buyer failing to provide enough evidence of delivery. Interesting since they also provided the sellers feedback on the item . The reason for sending back was that the listing stated UK5 when it clearly wasn't. There was nothing else wrong with the shoe but the seller denies any issue with the item. My opinion remains

I would give zero if possible

I would give zero if possible. Ordered 3 pack bra. 40c what arrive was an A cup. Supposed to be support but the material was cheap and flimsy. Website down.. suspect it's a scam . Steer far clear

4 star????Got to be joking. Absolute disgrace. Kept cancelling delivery slots with little or no warning or not even turning up. Customer service non existent.. won't pick up phone or answer emails

This website is a clever scam. Stay clear. We ordered a radiator and were sent tracking. We received a necklace. All emails have bounced. Portsmouth address is a flat above some shops.

I ordered an item 24th January only to…

I ordered an item 24th January only to be told it was discontinued. Needless to say, as reported by many others, the subsequent customer service has been awful. The 7+day delays between emails and a promise of refund which never materialised. They should be ashamed of themselves. IT issues are just one piece of the jigsaw and no excuse.
