It’s been a great experience and the format has allowed me to get it done around having a 2nd baby and moving house twice! I thought it was going to be impossible at one point, but you enabled me to get to the end and I feel both proud and grateful for the flexibility afforded to me.

I had long been thinking of doing a test like this and finally did it when one of my symptoms was becoming more of an issue. I’m still on the early phase of my exclusion process (2w), but I think I can already sense small level changes in my skin. The call I had with Kieran was incredibly helpful and has provided me with additional guidance and tips on top of the information supplied along with the test results. My bespoke meal plan is also a great resource to refer to for food ideas. Thank you for everything so far…the exclusions take a bit of getting used to, but I already feel like it will be worth it. :)

Great customer service. I got my new account set up and discussed specific tariffs that could be beneficial in due course. I felt like it was a really useful call that covered off all my needs at the time.

Just had to go back to the GlossyBox customer service as my order wasn’t quite what I ordered. (These things happen). I spoke with a person called Leah over the text chat function and she resolved the issue within 5 mins! Very pleased, and looking forward to receiving what I ordered in the next few days. Xx
