I have been a Costco Member for 25…

I have been a Costco Member for 25 years now and over the past few years, especially the past year. I have noticed MAJOR issues both with online and instore Credit issues. Meaning today is now the second time I have caught Costco not get my credit applied to my credit card. Yes now the Second Time in 2 years. The first time for $900.00 plus and now this time for $400.00. Both times about 2 weeks later I noticed my credit did not appear on my Costco World Mastercard. Called about 3 times into customer service and was told each time the credit was processed and they couldn't do anything??? The forth time like about 2 years ago I finally got someone to look into it properly to get the situation resolved. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for any company. The instore experience has also become very POOR in that a number of the associates in the warehouses seem to be of no help at all and even very rude. Not he Costco I have known in the past. My example from yesterday is I as returning a garage door open to the Halifax location and noticed the price of the item had been reduced again by another $100.00 which made it now 1/2 price. I than said because the the much lower price I would purchase it however the clerk came up with some ridiculous story on he could not sell it?? While doing my shopping I kept thinking about what he said didn't make any sense so after checking ou with the items I purchased I asked to speak to the warehouse manager and he said yes I could purchase it at the reduced price and made it happen immediately. My question is why in the world did that person at the return counter say what he did?? Some of the employees now at the warehouses seem to take great pleasure in giving their members a very hard time. Costco Senior Management needs to look into this and get it correct ASAP.

EQ bank has become one of the worst Banks. They now have engaged in very misleading advertising. They say sign up and get 3.3% daily interest in your chequing account. They fail to say you must have a minimum of $2,000.00 direct deposita each month? Scammers

This is my second or third review now…

This is my second or third review now Re Super.com. I was speaking with a Manager of a Days Inn in Canada and they now having Super.com Banded from booking any rooms for there entire chain because of numerous never ending problems of every kind with them. I rest my case with this and my 2 ther reviews.

Super.com in my opinion is a Very

Super.com in my opinion is a Very, Very deceiving, misleading Company. I Give them 5 Stars for that. First of all I am 71 years old and have literally booked and stayed in 1000's of hotels and motels over my lifetime. This company uses a very common scam of advertising the lowest price, which is quick often True however they say you can pay more an get a refund pretty much up to the day of arrival? the same as many over companies do. But they fall to make it clear that this refund is only payable if serious health issues or very bad weather and so on happens. They marketing practices should be Illegal. Nobody with any sense of best business ethics should deal with this company in my humble opinion.

Super.com is a Total Scam Company

Super.com is a Total Scam Company. Does not give the full refund for canceling your booking. I paid extra ($17.00) to be able to cancel the reservation for a full refund but when you try to cancel they charge you a service fee and in my case the fee was $16.00. How in the world does Trustpilot have such a high rating of this company. All other ratings show Very Poor and state very clearly they do not give proper refunds and very poor customer service.
Don't know how much more details I can give you. Meaning like I already put in my review. I booked a room with them yesterday for September 17 2025 in Levi's QC. I paid the extra fee to be able to cancel the reservation and get a full refund. I am cancelling 8 days before my reservation. On there form it says they will only refund $155.90 but I paid $171.90? The very bad part now is they say I don't get any refund?? I have contacting my Visa for them to look into this Fraud committed by Super.com

Home Depot online customer service is…

Home Depot online customer service is worse than a 0 rating. The people online in their customer service don't seem to understand English very well and that makes a already difficult situation VERY BAD. Second thing is the genius at Home Depot thought it is a good thing not to allow redemption of store credits with online purchases? They owe their customer money so why s a online purchase such a big deal?? Some of us do not live close by a Home Depot so doing a round trip drive of over 6 hours to get your credit is unacceptable.

First of all we all have to realize we…

First of all we all have to realize we are talking about McDonalds Here. However in their defense it is next to impossible to actually find a good worker that cares anything about the job quality they are performing. Another issue is that all these Franchises during Covid and now after want to continue making huge absolutely ridiculous Large profits. After saying that I think the only way we can get what we ordered at even just a reasonable quality level is to check everything before you level the drive through window or the take out inside the store right in front of the person that hands you the food. Hold that person up until you confirm you have got what you should be getting. This is a fairly big inconvenience for everyone however with McDonald's management seeing what is happening will improve the quality of their service and food quality. The Price we pay for about 98% of everything it has to be reasonable quality.

I have been dealing with this company for 20 years or so and they have been actually pretty good to deal with over those years. However now they can be classified as a Total SCAM Company. Meaning in the past hour I called 3 times and received 3 different monthly prices? I will round the numbers to even dollars. I received pricing from $6.00 to $10.00 to $24.00

This company should not be in business

This company should not be in business. Maybe they are trying to be like the Governments in Canada?? I am the same as the other 6,000 plus reviews with a rating of 1. It should be Zero but you don't have that option. In my case my package is 50 inches in length. The staples people said the driver that goes there will not take anything over 48 inches so I called for a pickup. Everything was supposed to arranged for next day between 8am and 5pm. Nobody shows up and the customer service person said it wasn't picked up because it is oversized?? After 1 hour on the phone with Purolator they decide it is not oversized and will be picked up on Monday????

Amazon has become the worst company do deal with when it comes to certain types of problems like your package delivered to the wrong address. The address on my package was correct but they delivered it to the wrong address. I had to drive and get it. Amazon says they will Not compensate me in any way. So I pay for something to be delivered to my address but have to figure out where they left it and than drive and get it??

I called Canada Post and they said as long as someone pays the postage they will send anything to any address even without a name. Leave it up to Canada Post

The only way to Stop it is apparently to call them and get off their mailing list? Another useless company is Canada Post that allows companies to send anyone unsolicited junk mail.

What is happening to Wal Mart Canada

What is happening to Wal Mart Canada? I know the answer, it is called Greed, Scamming, price gouging and etc. In this case they want the customer to pay a $5.00 handling fee on a $10.00 frying pan that they stock in the store??? In another month or so they will blame it on Trumps Tariffs. I have worked for food manufacturers for 30 years in senior management positions and I can assure everyone in Canada that the cost of production of most food items have not doubled since the beginning of Covid. I can also assure the consumer that the retailer is getting 60 to 70% additional profits on these items not the manufacturer. Everything we seen a year ago with Loblaws price gouging is 100% true and it is the same with ALL the Retailers. This is a very Bad situation in that the retailers have seen that they can join together on these ridiculous price increases and get away with it. The Government need to be held accountable on enforcing heavy fines for price gouging. The governments can easily see that an item costs a supermarket and confirm large Retailers outrageous profits on foods and many other items.
