Spam possible Fraud

Spam. They send emails pretending to be other companies. Just had one that looks like it’s from auto trader, saying my requested report is ready. What report? I have not requested one. Surely pretending to be another company is fraud?

They lie about eligibility.

I’m being told the my vehicle was not affected yet I know it was. A friend has an identical vehicle and has had a payout as part of the original claim. I have checked my vehicle against official data and have confirmation it was affected. Yet your company tell me it wasn’t. You just can’t be bothered to issue a second claim.

Sofa delivered today.

Sofa delivered by Rob and Ben today, they arrived bang on time and called half an hour before they arrived. They unpackaged it and took the packaging away. (We ensured easy access.) They were helpful and polite.

We’ve now had a call from Chris at the store, who have confirmed the £20 off, so we’re happy. Kelly was very accommodating during our visit.

Product arrived ok but. Any recommend the company.

Product arrived ok, Shame about the incessant marketing emails - which I did not agree to - that I have been getting daily.

EDIT -now 1 star (from 3) due to irrelevant reply from Lloydspharmacy. It wasn’t a review email from trust pilot that I’m referring to. It’s daily marketing emails from Lloydspharmacy. I’m sure this is a GDPR breech, thinking about it.

DO NOT USE! They reported my review to Trust Pilot!! Disappointed with pendant.

DO NOT USE!

*** If could rate this company zero, I would. They reported my review to Trust Pilot who emailed me this:

“angelsmeadow.co.uk has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. To keep your review online, we need to ask for your help”

So they reported it as a not genuine experience AFTER replying to me. Well I emailed copies of my receipts for over £500 worth of goods and Trust Pilot have verified my review.

Oh and a friend has had a similar pendant from another company and theirs hadn’t tarnished at all. Awful product and worse customer service.

I bought this pendant locket in February- within 4 months it had become tarnished despite me buying and using the anti tarnish cloth I bought from Angels Meadow. When I messaged them, they were not interested at all. I understand that silver tarnishes but the rope chain I bought from them hasn’t, just the pendant locket. This is why I don’t accept that it’s natural. Both are 925, yet one item has tarnished and the other hadn’t. Poor product and poor customer service. Wish I’d ordered elsewhere.
And when I submitted this review on their website it said ‘you have submitted your review for moderation’ so they’re altering or rejecting reviews.

We have spoken with you in regards to your pendant and offered advice on how to care for your sterling silver jewellery and we have also recommended a sterling silver cleaner that will easily remove the tarnish whilst not harming your ashes stone.

Unfortunately sterling silver tarnishing is naturally occurring and not a product fault. However it is easily removed with a little care and attention.

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with our customer service. I have taken a look at the messages exchanged and we did take our time and offered lots of advice with your jewellery.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The agents lie, go back on what they say they’ll do - which I have in writing. Absolutely appalling.
