Can it get any worse? AVOID at all costs!

Have been client for many years for internet and TV and mobile.
Horrendous service.
Clearly understaffed, 40 mins wait on the main line, and staff does not seem trained. They cannot fix issues
Mobile - I had better coverage with my french phone number
Internet - Still not the fibre, eir has fibre in the same building.
TV - Subscribed to a package, got a reduction as I've been overpaying for 2 years, and lost service. I was extremely impacted as my work depends on it. Lost service again 2 weeks later.
Service quality has dropped dramatically for the past few years.
Billing - My 183€ fee is debited 3 TIMES in the same month !!!! Then I get a few refunded, but because of Virgin Media I am always in overdraft which impacts my mortgage capacity!!!!!!!
No good side.

disappointing as usual

It is the second time this month that I am flying Lufthansa. I had a good image of them.
I will never fly Lufthansa again. Here is why
- Lufthansa agents
Hiding behind processes and giving no feedback, the agents in airports are making sure you understand nothing is their problem. Nobody takes responsibility, this company does not respect clients time or experience.
- Process and organization of the airline
Every time, the flights get delayed, they assign us to a later flight. So late there is no transportation. Added fees that will never be refunded either
Only use Lufthansa if you have days to spend in traveling. 2 days each way because things WILL go wrong and they will look at you like it’s your fault. They are so used to things going wrong they have no compassion.
No luck online either. Air help best ally for getting what Lufthansa owes you.
Working for client success too, I know things can be hard but there is a minimum. Some companies forgot they exist to provide a service for their clients!
