Received notification that parcel has…

Received notification that parcel has been delivered to drop off point but it is not there. Apparently vinted parcels are being labelled as Vinted user rather than the surname so the collection point at Aline garage and sending them all back as no way to tell who they are for!

Excellent price for the parts and…

Excellent price for the parts and prompt delivery. Only complaint I would have, and not sure if this is anything to do with just tow, is that the instructions on the electric kit were rubbish. I am a chartered engineer of over 20 years and it took me ages to work them out!

Glacial response time

Update - no attachment below. Filled in complaints form and it timed out and still no contact from quote me happy. Waited another 20 minutes on hold for customer fulfillment team before giving up. Online chat still not working. Terrible customer service.

Glacial response time, still haven't managed to obtain liability from the 3rd party whom I had a collision with on the 25th Feb. Only one text message received from them in terms of communication. Waited 25 minutes on hold before giving up. Judged my car to be a write off on photos alone and then offered a well below market value offer. Still waiting for a resolution. Continually plugging the online chat which doesn't work. Have had contact from enterprise and the repair people but nothing from Quote me happy

£50 charge to change an error made on start date!

Accidentally put the wrong start date in the policy and immediately phoned to rectify it. They stated that they would then have to charge me £50 to change this as they couldn't update it on their system. Now have to wait 15 days until I can drive the vehicle. Appalling customer service won't be using this company again and do not recommend. UPDATE - company contacted me same day and agreed to cancel policy and refund charges incurred. Very prompt response and satisfactory resolution
