£50 charge to change an error made on start date!
Accidentally put the wrong start date in the policy and immediately phoned to rectify it. They stated that they would then have to charge me £50 to change this as they couldn't update it on their system. Now have to wait 15 days until I can drive the vehicle. Appalling customer service won't be using this company again and do not recommend. UPDATE - company contacted me same day and agreed to cancel policy and refund charges incurred. Very prompt response and satisfactory resolution
