I made a purchase a mattress and pillow protector and after two weeks still awaiting my items. The money had been taken out of my account 2 weeks ago so I rang to chase up. I was told they didn't know which size, although they did not think to contact me to ask. Then the customer service administrator told me I would need to pay extra amount then my original amount for some reason, she couldn't explain why. This is a ridiculous company, I cancelled my order and now await a refund. Will never order form them again.

Evolution Organics set the wrong item in error. Spoke to a very helpful woman who sorted out straight away. Very good company.

It is time people stopped buying from Zara, its the only way to make them do something about their dreadful treatment to customers. I have stopped buying from them, if everyone who has had terrible service did the same thing, that might stop their arrogant attitude!

Terrible experience using this company, lost my parcels worth £280 and making it very difficult for me to claim anything back will only use Royal Mail to send parcels from now on.
