What a disappointment. 1st try. Ordered french tip nail set. Didnt order the drying lamp. Have short nails and these look absolutely terrible. The white nail tip is soft and bendy and doesnt harden on its own so maybe i should have brought the lamp - but judging by some of the reviews, the lamp is a waste of money and doesnt do anything. A wasted £26. Will call their customer services - but not holding out for a refund or much help there either

It was my partner's 70th birthday and brought him a lucky sixpence based on the year of his birth.
He loved it and the 16inc necklace that came with it.
Good quality. In the past, have used them before for another occasion and that item was also well received. Would recommend to friends and family.

Mila Dress Short Jersey - Olive - Good length and good quality material. Fitted OK-ish. A bit thin around the underarms and creased. Decided to keep as looked ok on.
Easy Cotton Blouse Cerulean blue, Blossom - Good quality and lovely colour. Brought in a size 8 because in the past I notice Boden's shirts and especially tee-shirt come up rather large in a size 10!

Car collected on date and time expected. Car paperwork all in order on handover.

Everything from start to collection went according to plan Instructions info before handover was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

I purchased my Meaco DD8L Zambezi Desiccant Dehumidifier in January 2025. I wanted to wait until I had used it a few times before writing a report.
We are pleased to say that we are very happy with the product. Brought to use in a very cold conservatory to dry the washing and it has worked out very well and also got rid of the condensation on the windows. A full load would dry in about 4 hours, and i noticed my electricity bill last month has reduced. The buttons take some getting used to but is easy to use. The pull out plastic water retainer tray is easy to empty and i have been using the water for my iron. A little heavy to move around put does come with a handle. Can be a little noisy depending on which air output you chose but i just close the door and all is well! I just hope this works for a least a number of years.

the totebag was a bit too small and the leather was very hard.
i paid 4.99 for the delivery then had to pay 4.99 to return it (i was not given a choice to drop this off at an Evri locker - the return was DEFAULT SET to return using Evri collection. I still don't have a bag but have spent nearly 10.00 of my own money ! Will not be ordering the same on your site

Always deliver on time!
Very good quality fabrics and stitches. However had to return trousers as they bagged up on crutch area on sitting down leaving too much material. The models used are never sitting down in most trouser photos. Take note Mr Boden!

7/1/22 Do not use this dreadful company
Order 2 tops in early December in the sale (thank God). They arrived at the end of December . 1 was a Xmas tee-shirt and 1 was a what i thought was a knitted jumper . The knitted jumper £16.07, was a sweatshirt and nothing like the picture on site, the tee-shirt was too large (not small) and didnt glitter like on the picture. I reluctantly kept the tee-shirt £14.34. They would not give me a full refund for the other item. So sales assistant bartared with me a couple of times. The item costing £16.07 that i wanted to return; she said it would be best if i kept it as it is a hassle to return to China! and would only give me 40% refund because that is the highest they could give because as a customer service, they have no right to request more refund for me. WHAT A LOAD of CLAPTRAP! (I had item weighed and would have cost, me not them, £16.70 Tracked and £12.98 Standard to China - more than what the item cost!)
I spent £37.91 in total, kept 1 item costing £14.34 and only received £6.43 refund of £16.07. Their not customer friendly, and are making a mint out of people like me !!! If i was trading standards agency i would love to close them down . They need investigating.
