7/1/22 Do not use this dreadful company
Order 2 tops in early December in the sale (thank God). They arrived at the end of December . 1 was a Xmas tee-shirt and 1 was a what i thought was a knitted jumper . The knitted jumper £16.07, was a sweatshirt and nothing like the picture on site, the tee-shirt was too large (not small) and didnt glitter like on the picture. I reluctantly kept the tee-shirt £14.34. They would not give me a full refund for the other item. So sales assistant bartared with me a couple of times. The item costing £16.07 that i wanted to return; she said it would be best if i kept it as it is a hassle to return to China! and would only give me 40% refund because that is the highest they could give because as a customer service, they have no right to request more refund for me. WHAT A LOAD of CLAPTRAP! (I had item weighed and would have cost, me not them, £16.70 Tracked and £12.98 Standard to China - more than what the item cost!)
I spent £37.91 in total, kept 1 item costing £14.34 and only received £6.43 refund of £16.07. Their not customer friendly, and are making a mint out of people like me !!! If i was trading standards agency i would love to close them down . They need investigating.
