The customer service is absolutely perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Ben, who helped me through the process in a very kind and clear spoken way! My cars broke down and the repairs are way higher than I expected, so when I applied for a loan, I was very surprised and happy when Ben contacted me and managed to get me a better loan deal than what I thought I could get which was brilliant! We even had a laugh about my car situation!
Not many companies know how to do customer service at the moment, but Ben and this company definitely know how to do it.

The team at proplates was absolutely exceptional. I had a fairly specific order for some plates on my RX8, and struggled to find anyone who could do it.
These guys took care of it no problem, and sent it out within a day, amazing effort.
I Will absolutely recommend to my friends and no doubt will use these guys again in the future! 10/10

I purchased a full exhaust system including downpipe for my Mazda RX8, let me say this, I would have happily paid double. The quality of the welds are brilliant, the quality of materials used is great, the price is bonkers cheap and overall the whole exhaust system is a straight 10/10. And not to mention the sound! Fantastic bit of kit and I am very very happy with the results! I hope you read this because I also sent an Instagram message of the exhaust noises!

I ordered my plates on the 26th of Dec, obviously I understand there has been bank Holidays and such, but we are now in the 6th of Jan and I have had zero updates on my order and I have no idea what's going on.
They haven't reached out to update me at all. Absolutely shocking customer service.
