Again Bulb estimated my gas usage as their app and online meter reading dont work........for well over a year now this has been happening.......estimated my gas usage over what I have actually used is just theft......NO WONDER THIS COMPANY HAS GONE BUST....

Review of Urban Outfitters
Order a present (record player) for my daughter on the 4th December 2021.....nothing on website to say it was not in stock or would be a delayed delivery......so added it to the list of other items she wanted (some records to go with it).......so today the 5th January 2022 it turns up......absolutely disgusting service.......my 14 year old daughter said it is okay Dad but it dont make me feel any better that she never got it on Christmas day.....just wish I could have afforded to buy another for Christmas day.....if you need your item quickly then please please look elsewhere as I would hate anyone to feel like they have let anyone down......PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE........
Update:-.....
So the smile on my daughter face was priceless to me when I took the record player over to her which would have made up for the disappointment I had for her on Christmas day.......she unpacked it while I looked on.....she plugs it in and a cloud of smoke is released from the record player......Just totally lost for words for her.....Absolutely gutted....left her with tears as she thinks it is her fault the record player didn't work
Feel like I have let her down.....
