I appreciated the speed of the survey

I appreciated the speed of the survey, the well-managed process, and the prompt sharing of the results. What I did not like was seeing in the survey that some areas were not as expected or accessible. I was disappointed to find that I did not have access to the communal gardens, the electric board, or the roof during the inspection. The owner must ensure we have access to the hall, and that the service team supports this, before the surveyor begins their inspection

With regards to communal areas, these were reported on in page 49 of your survey report and, although the surveyor would not inspect the external roof, particularly as your property is the 2nd of a 6-storey building, they did refer to the roof void on page 37. We can also see that the surveyor did review the electric and their findings are on page 53 of your report.

Frustrating Customer Service & Technical Issues

I recently had a frustrating experience with easyJet's customer service. I needed confirmation of a flight disruption and was directed to fill out a form via a link provided by their support team. However, after completing the form, I was unable to submit it due to a persistent error.

I tried multiple devices, but the issue remained. After spending nearly an hour troubleshooting, I contacted customer service again, hoping for a solution. Instead of resolving the problem, I was simply told to try again another day—no real support, no alternative options, and no urgency to fix the issue.

This lack of assistance and inefficient process made an already frustrating situation even worse. A company of this size should have better systems in place to support customers properly. Disappointing experience overall.
