Frustrating Customer Service & Technical Issues
I recently had a frustrating experience with easyJet's customer service. I needed confirmation of a flight disruption and was directed to fill out a form via a link provided by their support team. However, after completing the form, I was unable to submit it due to a persistent error.
I tried multiple devices, but the issue remained. After spending nearly an hour troubleshooting, I contacted customer service again, hoping for a solution. Instead of resolving the problem, I was simply told to try again another day—no real support, no alternative options, and no urgency to fix the issue.
This lack of assistance and inefficient process made an already frustrating situation even worse. A company of this size should have better systems in place to support customers properly. Disappointing experience overall.
