AVOID.

I’ve used Ultrasound Direct via Medichecks before without issue, but this recent experience was absolutely appalling.

I called a month ago with no answer and was promised a callback that never happened. When I called again, I was told it was “impossible” not to be called back yet no one did.

Yesterday, I was told to call back with my serial number before the appointment, not necessarily the same day. When I called today, I was met with an extremely rude and arrogant staff member who spoke to me with zero respect. She even told me she “didn’t like my attitude” and cancelled my appointment on the spot!

Completely unacceptable behaviour and no understanding of customer service. I’ve already reported this to Medichecks. I will never use Ultrasound Direct again and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

AVOID

Beautiful Furniture, But Appalling Aftercare and Accountability

I’ve been a loyal Jonathan Adler customer for over 10 years and have spent well over £100,000 with the brand and its resellers, including Sweet Pea & Willow. Sadly, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I purchased bedroom furniture — two side tables, a bench, and a large cabinet — and within six months the side tables began cracking from the inside. They were replaced, yet the same issue happened again, and now the cabinet has cracked too.

The furniture itself is beautiful, but when you face a problem, they’re simply not interested. My complaint was made within 12 months, and I have proof, yet Jonathan Adler has refused to take responsibility.

It seems much of the furniture is made in the Far East, which may explain why replacements or fixes are difficult — but that’s not the customer’s problem, especially when spending tens of thousands of pounds on “luxury” pieces.

After months of delays and dismissive responses, I’ve spoken with my bank and will be pursuing a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. I will not be purchasing from Jonathan Adler again.

I was promised a £750 refund today and…

I was promised a £750 refund today and once again, this company has failed to follow through on what they said they would do.

I made it clear to Mickey, the person who arranged everything, that I would consider updating my reviews if the refund was received as promised. It’s now past 5pm, banks are closed, and surprise, the money hasn’t arrived.

This has gone on far too long. I will not be removing or updating any of my reviews. The trust has been broken repeatedly.

What’s most frustrating is the double standard if I had owed them money, I’d be hit with penalties, credit issues, and endless pressure. But when it’s the other way around, they get to delay, ignore, and excuse their way out of it with zero consequences.

Well, I’m here to remind you there are consequences. This is completely unacceptable.

Still waiting on a refund of over £750…

Still waiting on a refund of over £750 I was assured it would be done today by Mickey on the telephone.

But it’s now 3:20pm and that has not happened

Absolute shambles of a delivery

I was expecting an important delivery today and even went out of my way to leave my gate open so the driver could access my property easily, as they usually do. Unfortunately, DPD didn’t even bother to turn up this time.

To make matters worse, this was a new phone intended as a birthday gift for a family member, and now it won’t arrive in time completely ruining the plans we had for this weekend.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see such a lack of effort, especially from a company that used to be reliable. Sadly, DPD seems to be becoming one of the worst delivery companies in the UK.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I recently settled my loan in full and contacted the company to ensure no further payments would be taken. Despite receiving a message promising an “urgent call back from the Motor team,” no one followed up even after I clearly explained the importance of resolving this promptly.

This kind of delay and lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with financial matters. After fulfilling my end of the agreement by paying the loan off, I expected better service and a clear confirmation that no additional payments would be taken.

I’ve had to chase updates myself, and frankly, it undermines any trust I had in this company. A simple follow-up call or written confirmation shouldn’t be difficult.

If you value transparency and reliable customer service, you may want to think twice before using them.

I always stay at the Sheraton Heathrow…

I always stay at the Sheraton Heathrow Airport Hotel when I fly, as it’s perfect I can leave my car there too, which makes everything so convenient.

On this occasion, I was greeted by the amazing Ursula, who was incredibly kind and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She truly went above and beyond to make my stay special.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much for the help and the kind gesture it really meant a lot.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. You can never get through to anyone yesterday I waited 53 minutes just to be connected. The app is completely useless too, constantly showing an error message whenever I try to log in.

The whole process has been frustrating from start to finish. Never again!

Worst ever experience

Worst ever. replaced my apple phone with none apple parts now I have error messages it’s very annoying. They even told me it was going to be replaced with apple parts. Lies. Don’t waste your money.

Impossible to speak to anybody anymore

Many years ago was easy to speak to somebody now you book a service they can or they don’t turn up it’s impossible to speak to anybody. However, today they turned up on time I’m a very good so I’m giving four stars as the service was five stars, but the fact that I couldn’t speak to anybody knock it down

Nothing fantastic about them

Booked a two visit service paid in fill I told them I was away on business. Got back latst week called and was told oh have to be within two weeks so now you have to pay again. Lol also paid over 200 for clean and they cancelled the day before. Can’t ever get through. AVOID

One of the best investments out there!!

I have no idea why people moan about this. Saying it’s a scam! It’s simply not true. I’ve been in this for nearly one year and now started to withdraw very easily. It’s an amazing platform. Yes the customer service. Isn’t very good but let me tell you the find is AMAZING. I would however say that they shouldn’t be not giving rewards while you wait for KYC that I don’t agree with.

NEVER AGAIN!!!…

Ordered many items for my friends Christmas present. Waited four days for delivery when it finally turned up they missed out the largest item being the electric bin. Tried to get through there is never anybody on the telephone on the online chat is absolutely shocking. They blamed the delivery company rather than taking blame themselves. Offered to send me a replacement in four days giving me no time to get this to my friend for Christmas as it’s now 20 December. I’ve been using this company for many years and I will never buy another bag from them or any product ever again!!!
