It's takes a long time to be able to send enough items back you need 10 items or £5 as a lot of the items when scanned say they are not taking them at the moment so I just have to keep trying this can take weeks. However they do collect quickly and pay out quick

The items are collected quickly and it doesn't take to long to get your money but it's takes months to be able to send anything as they keep coming up as not accepting or we have enough of this item
