Run far far away! U definitely get what you pay for! I want to pull out my hair or choke someone when talking with customer service. My stress level goes through the roof! They have crappy reception, they are hard to understand and I'm always on the phone with them 30+ min and that's even if we don't get disconnected.

Straightening brush leaves hair staticky.

Run the other way!! Spend more per day elsewhere bc they tack on every little charge they can…Never had so many issues going elsewhere! May be cheaper to do Uber.
