All of their racks and customer support is great. I was able to get the 3d model for integration, where other companies would not do that.

Review of Relay Financial
Overall relay is a great banking service with 0 fees and great scalability. Once our account was set up and approved we were able to get our cards to purchase goods and run our business. Its connected to etsy/square with no issues and the transfers were quick. What i really did not like was at first the time it takes for the account to get approved. I had to spend multiple calls and about a week to get our account approved. Other banks take about a day or less. this issue caused our business to have to wait on purchasing and setting up our Esty accounts. If you read other reviews this is an issue for most people.
