Not following customers request

Not following customers request. Over a locked back gate is not "leave behind black bin". They are nearly as bad as EVRI and they are crap.

DROPPING fragile delivery over a LOCKED…

DROPPING fragile delivery over a LOCKED back gate. I spoke with delivery person regarding what he had done, but it was like I was wasting my breathe.
He (sort of) delivered the goods at 11.45 and we was at home downstairs and he never knocked or rang the bell.
Basically EVRI are a joke

Stranger going in privacy of back garden

The delivery process was fine, it's just that the driver never read where he should put the parcel if I am not in. Should be behind the bin on the driveway not at back door.

Just leave goods on doorstep

Evri have no respect for the people that they are delivering to. They don't knock or ring the doorbell and then instead of taking the goods back and try again another day all they do is leave the items on the doorstep. Notice of the delivery is sent to you about an hour before delivery. I would love to see who trains the staff and what is the Evri policy on leaving goods outside people's houses where the items could very easily get robbed.

Disgusting delivery service

When they delivered my goods they never even used the doorbell or knocked on the door. The goods got left between two wheelie bins on my driveway. Disgusting service and they need some training
