Disappointed in product quality and after sales service
I bought a nice optical frame a few years back and the paint started to chip. I didn't expect that kind of thing to happen to an item with such a high price tag and made by a well respected brand name. I have contacted the after sales team to see if anything can be done to repair it. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails I have heard nothing back from the store that was looking into a spare part as a replacement. Needless to say, I am disappointed and won't buy anything from Chanel after this experience.
