Used the app successfully until I've encountered an issue where my sold item got damaged in transit. The buyer got their refund back (quite rightly) but I was left without a brand new item and no compensation for the damaged item in transit. Vinted did NOTHING about it despite me raising a dispute, complaining and trying to escalate the issue. They just sent me standard T&Cs and blamed me for not packaging the item properly without presenting any evidence of it. Absolutely unfair system protecting Buyers and doing nothing to make it fair for Sellers. Very disappointed and will be selling stuff somewhere else from now on.
