Poor communication
I have an issue with the sizing of the t-shirt being too small, and slightly smaller than advertised, and have been trying to arrange an exchange for a large shirt for the last week. I have emailed the email address from the website twice, and have filled out the live chat regarding this with no response. This is very frustrating.
Update 26/04
Following the below response, I have still had no response or follow up from email/chats sent to the company on their website.
And have now opened a case with the company on PayPal; and have been offered a full refund. I’ve requested again for it to be exchanged through the PayPal resolution centre and have had no response to my request for an exchange.
I have requested postage fee for return to be refunded.
To the below response, I don’t “feel unheard” I am unheard. Your customer service is a joke.
Update 04/05
This company received the product back two days ago, and have been non responsive to the PayPal case. It has been escalated once again with PayPal as the communication from the company is near on non existent. It has taken over a month to try and get anywhere in regards to a replacement/refund.
Update 15/05
No more communication since the last update. PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded the transaction as they did not respond to PayPal either.
Abysmal communication and seller.
