TLDR: avoid. AOCTW offer only store credit for issues of fit.

I wear M everywhere else so I naturally chose M here as well. Shirts ended up too tight at the abdomen and too broad at the shoulders. Customer service refuses to offer full refund for fitting issues. Notice their policy keeps referring to 'returns' (which are accepted) but not 'refunds'. What good is a store credit at a shirt store where the shirts do not fit me?

AVOID until such time as they revise what is an outdated policy for a virtual apparel store in 2025.

Edit: thank you for outing yourself as the Strike Anywhere team, another apparel website with no refunds for ill-fitting clothes that I will avoid. It also goes against your narrative that you are just "a small business trying to stay afloat."

Had an issue with one of the items from my order & reported it to them. They eventually sent me a replacement of the item and it was of good quality. I appreciated the service to correct the error.

I am waiting on an exchange of some shirts that were too large. The parcel I sent back for exchange is still awaiting collection from the post office by aoctw since 28 August. I have sent many emails and enquiries to the online chat but I have had no response. I stipulated that I needed these shirts in time for Father’s Day but that’s not going to happen now as I have heard nothing. Very bad communication and customer service. Disappointing as initial communication was pretty quick.

I’m a sucker for a cool tee, so when I came across AOCTW I immediately fell in love with one of their designs. Although there was a hiccup, the customer support I received was quick, and they fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Will be purchasing here again in the future.

Poor Primark quality at overpriced value. Shipping takes up to 3 weeks even if you choose socalled express delivery. This is a sophisticated scam disguised as vintage inspired eShop. Avoid,avoid and avoid

I had an item missing from one of my shipments. I wrote a quick email and they responded promptly and expedited my item to be delivered immediately. I was pleased with the outcome. Overall, all the products are super solid!

I ordered 2 sizes of a t-shirt I liked with the intent of returning the size that didn’t fit. Then I read that they only return for store credit so I emailed them to see if I could get a refund on the size that didn’t fit. 7 emails later - no response. Terrible customer service.

At first I had been shipped the wrong shirt in my package but with one simple message to the company without hesitation they had sent me out the correct shirt on them! Great communication

Ordered a ton of shirts from this place, quality of the cotton is good. Had one issue in probaly 6 times ordering and they promptly fixed it. There's a ton of these types of companies doing vintage style prints most of them are dropped shipped garbage, this company is an outlier.

I order a Mike Tyson tee shirt and I got the tee shirt in a timely matter and it was exactly as described. It was heavy cotton and worth every penny I paid. Very Happy with the service.

I ordered three shirts in a size large. I loved the designs but was sad to see that I am probably better fitted for an XL if I want an oversized fit. I emailed AOCTW stating that I would like to exchange them for an XL and got a reply very quickly saying this could be done and the steps involved.

I was in the process of moving house and I didn't get an opportunity to mail the items back. I figured after 30 days that it's on me and i'll just have to wear the items as an undershirt or something. This is why I was pleaseantly surprised to see an email from AOCTW stating that the exact same shirts were on their way in XL, free of charge. I hadn't asked for this to be done nor did they ask for me to get on with sending the larges back. Instead they quietly went the extra mile to make sure I wear their product comfortably.

10/10 service.

I have an issue with the sizing of the t-shirt being too small, and slightly smaller than advertised, and have been trying to arrange an exchange for a large shirt for the last week. I have emailed the email address from the website twice, and have filled out the live chat regarding this with no response. This is very frustrating.

Update 26/04

Following the below response, I have still had no response or follow up from email/chats sent to the company on their website.

And have now opened a case with the company on PayPal; and have been offered a full refund. I’ve requested again for it to be exchanged through the PayPal resolution centre and have had no response to my request for an exchange.

I have requested postage fee for return to be refunded.

To the below response, I don’t “feel unheard” I am unheard. Your customer service is a joke.

This company received the product back two days ago, and have been non responsive to the PayPal case. It has been escalated once again with PayPal as the communication from the company is near on non existent. It has taken over a month to try and get anywhere in regards to a replacement/refund.

Update 15/05

No more communication since the last update. PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded the transaction as they did not respond to PayPal either.

I had the opposite experience as I see some people are having. Waiting on my second exchange order now. The first two were exchanges were on my end. It’s always hard to size online. My larges were a tad tight and 2XL was a bit too loose. The exchange process was made easy and convenient. I paid the extra 2 dollars for free returns/ exchanges and it was worth it. Customer service was quick, fast, and efficient with their help. Shipping to me was fast. Shirt quality and graphics were 5/5.
