13 hour recovery
Promised to be recovered within two hours, but the recovery took 13 hours, I was 3 hours away from home and did not get home until half three in the morning.
They subcontracted my recovery; and if it wasn’t for the subcontractor, I would have been left on the roadside on a country road in the middle of the Lake District at midnight.
Appalling customer service, no promised follow up calls during recovery or during complaint.
The contract and was not met on there recovery membership, and when I complained in regards to this, and the terrible service, I was offered £60. I was not happy with the resolution; however could not escalate it any further. Although they are a member of the financial ombudsman, and proclaim you can escalate the complaint further with them, this is inaccurate. The finance company will only look at membership fees and finance plans.
Nobody actually regulates their membership and service plans.
