Excellent food, tastes wonderful and homely.
Always arrives well packed and conveniently easy to transfer to the freezer.
Customer services were helpful when there was a mistake made by the driver who delivered to the wrong address. The customer services tracked it down and I received it that afternoon just in time to feed my visitors! So the day was saved. x

I love the depth of flavour and use it with your olive oil for dressing salads and vegetables.
The morning drink which you recommend , diluted with water is very stimulating and refreshing. However as I suffer from acid reflux which affects me most of the day I have to use the vinegar in other ways, such as mixing it with the olive oil, as above which seems to help.
Any other suggestions you have would be welcome.

From the ordering to the final delivery everything as usual has been first class. I have been a customer of Burns for over 30 years now and have found the firm to be efficient,helpful and totally reliable. The food is fresh and delivered very promptly. I’ve had several dogs over time who have thrived well and enjoyed the meals. The vetinary advice on feeding etc has always been helpful too and forthcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Burns.

I feel I’ve been bullied into having a Smart meter. Now that I’ve I had it installed today, neither the storage heaters nor the hot water are working.
The engineer returned pretty quickly, no complaint there, but could do nothing because he thought that the signal had not been activated. I was told to wait until 10pm when the next off peak time was due then to inform you should it still not switch on the heaters. Sorry to say , no joy, they didn’t switch on,so no heating and no hot water. I sent an email to Scottish Power and received an electronic “no reply”acknowledgement, so I can now only wait until I see what tomorrow will bring! Not very happy because I didn’t really want the smart meter in first place! Another government ‘mess up?’ I hope this can be resolved prompyly

Had a lot of trouble with signing in and after changing the password I still can’t get through . I also dislike the ‘I’m not a Robot’ I find them irritating because some of the items are not very clear.
I’ve shopped with you before satisfactorily and found it much less trouble ordering as a guest.
