Can not fault . First time I have used . Plants arrived promptly in excellent condition . Would highly recommend .

I have ordered from gardening express previously in 2022 and 2023 and had no issues and was at the time very impressed with the plants delivered and the service . However , this time I have been extremely disappointed in a very poor service . I ordered plants three weeks ago this Sunday so it is now 15 working days since my order which clearly states on website maximum time . Tracking has remained unchanged and says pending . I messaged them on Monday nothing back . Do not use this company . They take your money immediately but no order and no response . There is no telephone number it says complete message form and they will get back to you . This is first poor review I have left for anything but feel so strongly . I only wish I had looked at reviews before ordering .

I have just remortgaged with Santander and Integrar we’re acting for Santander. My case was not simple as there were a few unexpected complications along the way ,which Integrar dealt with so efficiently .I can not fault their service they were very prompt with replies and any queries I had . My case handler Aissa Mohomade was so helpful and rang me back promptly when I had a query . There was easy access to an on line portal where I could track my case . The process was completed on time as promised and as above I can not fault at all and I am very grateful for their help and making the whole process as easy as possible . Thank you .

Very helpful company . My order arrived with a fault . I rang the company and this was immediately sorted for me and a new one is on the way . I am very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending them and using again .

I have ordered several plants now from this company at different times and all have been delivered well packaged and in good condition . Regular updates have been given regarding delivery . I would not l hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend . I am already looking at new plants on their website .

Very pleased with my Dyson purchase from this company . Couldn’t get it anywhere else . Arrived in perfect condition no damage to box etc . They would have got 5 stars but the only minor issue and I say minor issue was that it took 8 days from order to hear anymore more regarding my parcel being dispatched . However I would certainly would have no hesitation in using this company again . Thank you

All staff very friendly and helpful . Returned one product I brought not because anything wrong with it but realised it was not quite the right product for what I wanted . Lady on returns desk could not have been more helpful .

We can not praise this company enough. We recently ordered a bespoke rug with hessian border for our lounge. We ordered several samples to be certain of colours etc and these were always delivered promptly. The rug came this week and we were kept well informed regarding delivery times. The rug is beautifully finished and looks far more expensive that it cost. The prices are so competitive and we were quoted far more from a different company., We will be using again and have no hesitation in recommending.
