Review of The Knitting Network
Bought the I Love Christmas Blanket KAL but just getting around to do and I had a few queries regarding rows etc. Customer Services not helpful and suggested I use YouTube or Facebook for help. I bought the pattern from Knitting Network so would have expected assistance from them. Disappointed and prob buy my wool/patterns elsewhere as without help I am not able to us the pattern.
14/06/2025 - was this part of a KAL .. if so was it recorded and where can I find the recording ..

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties with your pattern.
The pattern was designed for us and unfortunately, we don't currently have any experienced knitters in the Customer Care Team who can assist with these sorts of enquiries.
In these instances, we do try to help where we can, but often, we do have to advise referring to the internet or local knitting groups, as they have a wealth of knowledge that may prove useful.
We have also forwarded your questions to the designer to see if we can get some information for you to assist with the pattern.
