Be willing to lose your money time after time after time...

Seems like everyone has the same experience with this website, they have a good selection of games but they play differently to all other sites I have played on, you get the odd average win but if you don't take it it then just takes your balance without any wins in the process, this has happened multiple times so you can't argue it is random as it would not happen every time, I have spoken to them and they quote RTP and all the usual rubbish, fact of the matter is they must have some control over it as I have never played on another site that so many people have had the same experience, it's not a case of being a sore loser it just gets to a point when you are literally chucking your money away with no chance of winning anything decent, would love to see what everyone's net deposit is for this site. Editing this review as you can't respond to the wonderful Ebba, thanks for sharing my personal information, please feel free to share my other month's 'profit' from the start of 2025 to see how that compares...

Thank you for a second review, Phil!

You said, "it can't be random if it happens every time", but that's not how probability works.
Random doesn't mean evenly spread wins, it means unpredictable. Some sessions will hit, most won't. That's the nature of high-volatility games, which you play a lot.

The games you play are provided by independent studios, the same ones used across the entire industry, and we have zero control over the outcomes. Under UKGC regulations, it's literally impossible for us to alter them.

Also, worth mentioning, your own results tell a different story. On Relax Gaming, your overall RTP is 102.44%. In June, you cashed out £2500 and then £4000 just four days apart, finishing the month £2355 in profit. So, the idea that you "never win" doesn't quite hold up.

I understand that a rough patch feels bad, but if it's starting to feel like you're "throwing money away", that's usually a sign it’s time to take a proper break. Gambling should stay fun, not frustrating.

Kind regards, Ebba!
