I ordered a significant supply contact lenses on 29th September 2022 and received a notification that lenses were being processed. To date none have arrived and payment taken.
Sent message via their website with only notifications that the would be in contact within 24hours. Had no reply on 5th October and again today. Phone only company No that could be found and one is no longer in use and the other, a mobile No keeps ringing without reply. Sent email stating my intention to report via Action Fraud and Credit card company re credit card chargeback.

A very simple straight forward smooth process with hard sell at any stage

My experience today when collecting the car was superb from the young lady at collections. I think the sales staff could learn a thing ot two from her. Thank you fot great customer services at Collections
