Didn't get my lenses
Didn't get my lenses. Eventually got a full refund after 4 weeks once customer service finally decided to reply to my messages.

I have been using Pure Optical for years. I have never had any issues with orders or deliveries. Communication is always fantastic. I would highly recommend!
Take money but do not deliver order
I ordered a significant supply contact lenses on 29th September 2022 and received a notification that lenses were being processed. To date none have arrived and payment taken.
Sent message via their website with only notifications that the would be in contact within 24hours. Had no reply on 5th October and again today. Phone only company No that could be found and one is no longer in use and the other, a mobile No keeps ringing without reply. Sent email stating my intention to report via Action Fraud and Credit card company re credit card chargeback.

Don't expect to receive your order! Ordered on the 30th September, numerous messages/tickets to ask for an update and now wanting a cancellation of my order, still no reply! Absolute scam, do not order from them. It's not about the money its the fact I ordered them in plenty of time and now won't get them in time for my holiday!

This company appears to have gone out of business but it is still taking orders online. Like the others I ordered contacts weeks ago and haven’t been able to contact them. I will have to try to get a refund through chargeback or similar. DO NOT USE, you will be left with no money and no contact lenses.
No goods and no customer services
Do not use this company. Been eaiting two weeks for my contact lenses which are marked as "IN STOCK" Tried to contact them 3 times without any response. Think i will need to make a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back

No lenses and no customer service. I ordered lenses on 17th Sept. I chased up via email on 30th as hadn't received these. Reply received 3rd Oct - We've been going through a tricky take-over along with supplier issues and we apologise. If you haven't received your goods, you'll get a refund within 48 hours, whilst we catch up on orders and restructure the supply chain. Pointless ordering!

Why are you still taking customers’…
Why are you still taking customers’ money when you can’t fulfill existing orders? You’re using your loyal customers as a credit facility. Bordering on criminal. Here’s a tip. Try warning your customers that you’re going through a tricky take over and have supply issues and their order isn’t ever going to be delivered, before they order not after they’ve spent days chasing a response. I’m now about to embark on a holiday with no lenses. Thanks for nothing.
Same as Everyone Else No lenses no contact
Ordered on 16th September 2022 and no lenses received to-date (not the first time I've had delays but the first time I haven't had anything back at all from Pure Optical. ) Very disappointed - have recommended them up to now. Will change suppliers as can't see a reason for taking down the Telephone Contact Number and then not answering emails or website messages. I along with everyone else has been waiting since ordering lenses on 20th Sept. No replies to 4 emails chasing them up. Expected them to be here by now? No phone no to phone them. Keep getting replies saying we will contact you but no one has. You have £140 of my dosh so contact me or I will go to bank and cancel the card payment. I don't mind if they are out of stock but SAY THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK!!!
Don't leave us hanging.
Will never use them again for lenses. All seem to be the same price anyway.
UPDATE: 3/10/22. Still no reply from them. No lenses have arrived either. They must have gone bust? Will try and get payment reversed from bank.
UPDATE:Got full refund today. Would have been easier to just post this info on your website so we did not feel cheated out of our money! Upside is Feelgood lenses are cheaper and my order is going to be here Thursday. Really good service from Feelgood.

Disappointed customers services…
Have used this supplier for a few years with good service.
But not sure what's happened.
My last order was incorrect and had no detailed paperwork in the box ( like normal supplies) So only contact was via email to "customers services" who gave a automated ticket number. That's the last I heard. So after 5 days I tried again, another automated ticket number. Still waiting. No looking at a different supplier

No delivery, no contact
Have been using these for probably around 3 years now and never had a problem until now. Ordered as usual just over a week ago and not had delivery still showing as waiting to be despatched. Had the usual email to say we'll be in touch in 48 hrs but nothing. Last 2 months has taken over a week for delivery and was told there had been supply issues. Think I need to contact my credit card company for a charge back as not got a good feeling about this having read other recent reviews. Have ordered elsewhere this evening on a carrier for tomorrow delivery as Royal Mail on strike.

I ordered (and paid!) 10 days ago, never received my order and there is no response from customer service. Maybe the company went bankrupt in the last month or so as the ‚non delivery‘ seems consistent over the last month.

Zero customer service
I've used Pure Optical for just over 2 years and not previously had any issues. But I placed an order on the 15th Sept for some lenses and when they didn't arrive I tried contacting them....but silence! I've sent 2 emails and submitted 3 tickets via their site. Every email and ticket promises a response within 24 hours, but had nothing. My last message was to tell them to cancel the order and that I have contacted my credit card company to get a refund! I ordered them from another site and got them next day, so will be using them from now on.

Zero customer service, avoid!
Ordered a few weeks ago, nothing delivered yet. Emailed them a few times, radio silence, no number to call, looks like a scam. I'm worried I won't see my money anymore :( Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
