Lost £241 because of no help from Customer Service. Please be careful when returning!
Order didnt arrive on time for my event. Was given the incorrect return details and what courier service to use. Parcel was stuck at customs for two months. Parcel was returned to me and Customers Service is not responding to my emails. I HAVE LOST £241 BECAUSE OF THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Overall horrendous experience with my brand new Q2 and Slough Audi. Had to take the my brand new car in for repairs twice within a year! Unhelpful reception. Terrible communication. I was left without a car for two days with ME having to contact Slough Audi for updates! Rude business manager that had no sympathy whatsoever and asked me to pay a deposit of £3000 or increase my monthly payment if I wanted to change my faulty car.
After finally collecting my car and returning home I was missing two dust caps. I do not recommend Slough Audi.
Thank you for the reply but unfortunately I have not had anyone contact me regarding the matter. It’s been over a month.
