The torture of having no email was extreme, so it was a huge relief to have Alex Cole on the line. His enormous patience and technical knowledge got me back online again.

The software won't run. It stops at the same spot each time, saying :Service is currently unavailable. Please wait".
I've waited days for it to do something. What can I do?

It all seemed like a flash in the pan, lacking in substance and information, and if I want to take it further then there is more cost involved. Downloading the video was a furphy. It seemed to be all show and no substance.
The delay in needing to seek a code every time I log into the system is tedious and slow and works against my enthusiasm to get involved and chase down some research.
Altogether, disappointing.

Yes the Company is doing well.
You were particularly helpful when I accidentally ordered TWO copies of the software and Angelica from the Chat desk could not have been more helpful is tidying up my mistake.
I hope to see the correction in my financial statements.

The parcel arrived very quickly, in just a couple of days. Even though the package had been ripped open, the Post Office people put it into a plastic bag and delivered it successfully.

What's Not To Like?
I readily recommend Ink Station to friends and they are always surprised at the cost of ink compared to the cost from their normal supplier. The ink cartridges work, they arrive in only a matter of a few days, and it is great to have confidence that my printer is ready and waiting.

The simplicity of the website information and the ease of ordering made the exercise a pleasure. Then the product arrived in just three days. Brilliant.
