After I asked not to renew the subscription, they continue to charge. All chats with their representatives (actually - bots) end with "we will check". Now customer service is non-existent!!!

Worthless extras
It is a good product unlike the useless extras. I subscribed to those, monthly, over €200 a year and then 6th June said I did not want them any more. But 2nd July they billed me again. I complained and said I wanted the July money back and they will not answer me. Agent John Raymond I suspect is a bot and we all know how useless they are.
Reading other one star reviews, I see that ASR do not do refunds.

ASR A Resolution
I have written of my experience with Advanced System Repair below and it was not a pleasant experience.
A pleasant surprise arrived today with a resolution to all my concerns. The program is very good and seemingly does what is required of it. If you are updating a licence and you can't banish the "Expired" notice you have the same problem I had and only this company can help unless you can engage your telco.
