My wife was very recently on a business trip to London, and although British nationals, we currently live in Germany.

A situation arose that was incredibly sensitive and distressing for my wife when in The City, and needed a rapid response. In addition to some unknown 'moving parts', the situation involved a police and crime report, however given the realistic nature of the Met Polices resources and priorities, it was almost certain that the time critical issue we were facing would not be addressed.

I felt helpless, being in a different country, and contacted National Private Investigators via their Whatsapp contact function. It was a Sunday, so my expectations of a speedy response were limited.

However; I was completely wrong. I had summarised the issue in the message, and was contacted by the Managing Director in person. He told me he had read the situation, and understood immediately the need for a speedy interaction with the incident.

He gathered more detail from me, and reached out to his network, sourcing a highly experienced security professional, who specialised in the area of concern.

Details were taken, a plan was developed, people were mobilised, and things happened! The professionalism, knowledge base, and calming manner in which NPI dealt with this matter were nothing short of outstanding.

The issue was dealt with swiftly, discretely, and with military precision.

Fast, efficient, friendly and helpful

Having researched, and tried, many different apps, subscriptions, and live online classes, I was becoming very disillusioned and demotivated in continuing with my German language goals. There was seldom any clear structure, the understanding of which topics to study and learn first was completely baffling, and the expectation on what I was supposed to remember (including the vast amount of charts and tables) was pretty depressing. The other real 'downer', was being told by all of the above, that there were very few techniques or shortcuts to aid in the process. It was all about memory and months and months of homework.

I'd spent a fortune, and was at the point of giving up. Then I came across Laura's free introductory course (by chance on YouTube) After doing this short course, I knew immediately that I had found the teaching I had been looking for. I signed up to the Part 1 grammar course straight away, and I have absolutely zero regrets!

It's simply excellent! Laura has not only designed a logical and extremely helpful structure, the tools and techniques that are on the programme have been game changers for me. I'd originally thought of learning reams of vocabulary, and the grammar would follow, but this was completely wrong. The course teaches the grammar rules and techniques in short, punchy lessons, and the way it's designed, the knowledge sticks. The vocabulary has already started to fall into place on its own.

Fellow learners, I don't say this lightly, but trust me on this; this is a teaching programme that leaves everything else in dust, and is extremely effective! The best move I ever made on my German learning journey!

My massive disappointment is not with the plugs. I haven't even got them yet. It's with the fact that although the website has a union jack on it, is in english, and gives the impression that this is a retailer in the UK.

Imagine my surprise whan a £249 pair of earplugs arrive and the postman asks me for a further £57.80 import tax!!!!!!!

This is NOT CLEAR AT ALL....and Queiton should make this visible so that people aren't conned by the British flag and english language website. This is completely unacceptable!!!
