Nightmare,Warranty!!!. We purchased our new vehicle from…

We purchased our new vehicle from Cannock branch plus our daughter and niece all within the last 6 weeks due to the excellent service from the sales team. When you purchase a vehicle you are provided the option of warranty extra over to give an assurance of safe no cost motoring. Unfortunately our vehicle has developed a fault and the vehicle is unusable. We reported the fault on 23rd October explaining the fault. I was called today on 24th 24 hrs later to be told they cannot look at the car for 2 weeks, should have been longer but due to fault it'll be 2 weeks. They will not provide a courtesy car as its not been diagnosed, I cannot hire a car as they will not cover the cost. When sold this warranty the sales guys explain you have total cover, no issues like other garages, everything covered except general items yet here we are again, no support, warranty is worth nothing without providing after care that was sold to us. Total disgrace DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are saying one thing but mean something else. I suppose we will be back to paying out ourselves to resolve the issues as the car is required daily. For clarity the car has now been arranged by BIG Motoring, however the nightmare still continues as we have had to arrange the RAC with daily calls who are not helpful and their hire car ends the day before yours starts meaning we are without a vehicle for 24 hours. Nowhere in your particulars does it say that the warranty is ran by the customer, it says you just call?.

Insurance nightmares

We have had a serious hard week trying to sort out insurance for our vans. The lady I spoke to at Acorn (didn't get her name unfortunately) was amazing. Fantastic manner, polite and spoke extremely carefully explaining really well and listened to me, what a breath of fresh air to be able to speak to someone so nice. Well done Acorn insurance. Absolutely disgraceful circumstances of…

Absolutely disgraceful circumstances of events. Had a scan over 4 weeks ago and results never forwarded to my doctor. Tried calling all day on friday 26th tried again today no one ever answers the phone. The results from this scan that are now extremely late are causing issues for my next appointment based upon the results so knock on affect. Tried my doctors again today and they have said I must keep calling Health Harmonie for results as its out of their hands. Unbelievable waste of time.

Just need to say. We have been using Selco Perry Barr for few years and need to mention Dawn and staff at this branch. They provide excellent service at front of house and deliveries etc. They always source what we need for our projects, nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Superb Dawn keep up the great work, credit to Selco.

We purchased a new leather suite with promise of delivery no later than end of May. We purchased this in April !.

After numerous telephone conversations and further promises we still have no suite. We have again tried to contact customer services and after waiting a further 45 minutes over 2 calls on hold waiting to speak to their advisors and feel we need to advise any future purchasers of their poor customer aftersales plus their miss advise whilst purchasing. We still have no delivery date, extremely poor service do not buy from this store!!.

Disgraceful and dishonest

Need to write this to stop companies doing this.
I contacted The Roofing Superstore after being let down by another supplier. I explained to the sales person my issues and urgency for a rooflight to complete a project. The sales person was really helpful and had the item in stock with guaranteed delivery, i was extremely happy with this and paid in full. A confirmation email came confirming my order so I informed our customer we can conclude the project. Within 24 hours of order confirmation I have received a further email saying sorry this item is out of stock and delivery is now end of November! Around 4/5 weeks!. I called immediately and explained my issues again to be told stock is only updated every 24 hours and was now out of stock. I said I would accept a different size if this helps to be told the sales team would take my money again for the item but there is no guarantee it is in stock? To close this I was expecting a call back from their warehouse team to tell me what is in stock so I can pay again then wait to be reimburst for original order. Finally the salesman told me they are the biggest supplier in UK of this item and not to cancel order as no one has any stock! Why are they still taking orders and customers money knowing they cannot supply, why not be honest with your customers!!. Totally disgraceful. Whitehall Building Solutions

We would never intentionally take orders without stock being available, it appears that this is a case of really unfortunate timing - but more could have been done by us in the first instance when your order was being created. I apologise that this has led to issues further down the line.
