We purchased a new leather suite with promise of delivery no later than end of May. We purchased this in April !.
After numerous telephone conversations and further promises we still have no suite. We have again tried to contact customer services and after waiting a further 45 minutes over 2 calls on hold waiting to speak to their advisors and feel we need to advise any future purchasers of their poor customer aftersales plus their miss advise whilst purchasing. We still have no delivery date, extremely poor service do not buy from this store!!.
