I ordered an item and paid for express delivery expecting it to arrive within 24 hrs (as implied by the checkout/ordering system). I received an invoice 6 days later and then notification the the item was on its way. It arrived 2 days later. Given that the express delivery option virtually doubled the price I paid in total. I’m not impressed.

Poor service.
The parcel was in your delivery depot for days. When it was delivered it was thrown over the back gate, even though someone was in. No attempt was made to knock on the door.
