My mortgage broker introduced me to Fiddler and Pepper to look after the legal side of a remortgage.
My allocated solicitor was Penny Gribbins.

Fiddler and Pepper use an app on which you are asked to upload all of your information and documents.
The app is great in that it tells you how many steps you have completed and what is outstanding.
It also eliminates the need to post original documents.
As soon as information was submitted on the app or if I sent an email, it was dealt with within 24 hours on every occasion.
I cannot recommend Penny highly enough.

I recently arranged a remortgage of a buy-to-let property with Hackan.
The service was outstanding from start to finish.
Hackan cuts through all the jargon and explains all the options very clearly.
He has access to all the rates on the market to ensure that you obtain the best rate possible for your services.
I would highly recommend.

Great quality and great fitting clothes (especially the slim fit jeans).
Clothes are always very nicely packaged and delivery is always very quick.
I did receive a pair of jeans, which were the wrong size, but emailed in and received a response the same day with a postage page returns label.
All in all a great experience, would highly recommend.

I have been with Sky for 18 years!!
I had my phone, wifi, and a pretty comprehensive TV package. I work from home and need strong wifi but the Sky wifi was shockingly slow. I agreed to sign up for full fiber to sort out the problem but Sky has promised this since October (5 months ago) and despite many phone calls it still has not been upgraded.
I had enough and I changed to Virgin who provided fibre withing 1 week. I actually have all the Sky channels plus BT sport which Sky did not provide.
And its £45 a month CHEAPER!
Wish I had moved years ago. Sky you are terrible.

I needed an EPC report as I was completing a remortgage, and the mortgage valuer required an EPC before he would state a value. I found these guys on line and the price was very competitive. I instructed them and paid for the EPC online on Friday afternoon.
Within an hour they had contacted my tenant to arrange access, and visited the property next day (Saturday) to complete the report. The full report was then emailed to me Monday morning. Lets be honest nobody wants to have to get an EPC but when you need one, you may as well get it at a good price and with great service.

Very straightforward application, quick decision, and a very handy app for identification purposes.

All set up in 48 hours and ready for business.
All in all......excellent.

Just had an outstanding 3 day serviced accommodation boot camp.
Great content and knowledge from the trainers in a friendly environment.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to increase their income through property.
