My item was delivered to #120 not #116 which was my address. In the instructions note I wrote “if no answer leave in shed under stairs”. Instead, it was delivered to #120 as per proof of address.

Due to an issue with the rim lock latch I was locked out of my flat. I usually have my guy, but he was away this weekend. As I needed to get in the flat I called this company as it was the first in Google. However, when the guy showed up he quoted me £1294(!) - call-out fee, open the door and replace the rim lock. I said this was rubbish, but just to open the door (I had to get in the flat) I paid him £520. Once inside the flat I called out a local (Brighton) locksmith who said that the guy from 24/7 was not even drilling in the right place hence the need to use a mini crowbar to open my door. He quoted me £200 to replace the rim lock. Avoid.
I’ve always been very pleased with my purchases. In addition to the delicious wines & reasonable prices, what stands out for me is the prompt & courteous service. I can’t recommend the Brighton Wine Co highly enough.

I still have not received said order; I revisited the site & left a message on the messaging platform; when I tried to revisit a few days later to check progress my username & password no longer worked. I have resigned from ever receiving said order & moved to Boots.
