I had a problem with a lightweight vacuum cleaner I recently purchased and was just out of time to register the guarantee. Nevertheless, on production of proof of purchase to Beldray the company's representative, Alex, was extremely helpful and arranged for the product to be collected and offered me either a replacement or a refund. Exceptional customer service

I've been having a fortnightly delivery of ODDBOX for well over a year now and can honestly say there has only been one occasion when I wasn't 100% happy with all of the contents and when I made the team aware of this I was given a credit towards my next box. It is so easy to put a stop on a delivery if you are going on holiday and, as I say, the team are super helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend ODDBOX. Give it a try - it feels like you're doing something good.
