5.5 tonnes of bagged topsoil delivered slightly earlier than billed. Driver - Delford - was lovely and placed pallets exactly where I wanted.
Two things which could improve the experience - both fantasies really:
1) have some means of craning materials over terraced houses - lugging that much topsoil through the house is back-breaking
2) have some facility for taking the empty pallets away again. They're a complete nuisance once they've done their job.

impossible getting through to customer service however once made contact spoke to three really helpful customer service reps who were extremely apologetic for the tech difficulties and delays. online connection appalling and therefore the transaction took more than an hour to complete.

Far, far better value than the AA and unlike them, StartRescue rewards loyalty by actually reducing the premium each year, rather than raising it by 50% and hoping you won't notice or bother to shop around.

Good, if minimal, service. I supply meter readings. Avro takes money and provides gas & electricity. There's been an eye-watering increase in cost per kWh for both fuels but comparison sites show other suppliers to be even more costly. Avro remains cheapest and they're a known quantity, so I'll stick
