Good product. Well packaged. Delivered quickly. Only niggle was the omission of any guidance regarding fixings for the mirror which (to protect your company) could be limited to general guidance for fixing on brick or plasterboard for example. At the very least it would be helpful if the weight was included in the description on your website.

A very simple and straightforward questionnaire followed by excellent telephone customer service. Great care was taken to ensure I fully understood the policy I was taking out and that it was what I wanted. I was left feeling happy with whatI had done and that I had the cover I wanted. Very helpful advice was given to me prior to purchase regarding what size shoe to order which proved to absolutely correct. My actual size is 10 1/2 but the choice i had to make was between a size 10 and a size 11 Nimbus Barbour ankle boot. I ordered size 10 and bingo it was a perfect fit leaving room also for a thick sock.
