I encountered an issue with the devaluation of my iPhone on the day it was delivered to Phonebox.Initially, tried to call the customer service number however no one picked up, but thankfully, the manager called me back. The manager was extremely polite, respectful, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. Not only did they address my concerns, but they also resolved the issue promptly.
I’m very pleased with how professional and efficient the customer service was to resolve the issue. Happy with the resolution and will use phonebox again in future

With deep regret i would like to mention about the service experience i had at the WestBridgford Branch.I had given my BMW 1 series DV62WNL for MOT on 10 August(Today) and by around 1 pm i get a call regarding Suspension arm failure and i approved to fix it .Later around 3 pm i get a call from Josh from West Bridge ford Branch saying he is not able to close to boot .I explained him i never had a issue with the boot till date and it was working all fine till i dropped my car there and he agreed on it as well that after the test they faced this issue.I explained him the issue that i work at DE55 and its a 40 min drive to work for which i needed the car or a courtesy car but he explained that Lindleys don't do courtesy car .There was no effort made to help me in any way.Infact i was also told that i will have to pay for replacing the boot latch which was working fine till i dropped it at the garage for MOT(Even while doing MOT never had an issue) .Further i had done a full service at Lindleys Colwick around 20-25days back without any issue paying around 260 pounds .Even there was no warning signs till i took it there as well,thats the way i have always maintained it
My issue is for MOT and suspension change i agree to pay the amount of £ 250 however why should i pay additional amount of £100 pounds for latch for the damage done at Lindleys garage to my car for which i have to take cab to my work next day because my car is stuck there and i suffer huge losses due to their negligence.I am deeply saddened and regret to take my car to Lindleys.
