Always an unpleasant surprise.

While traveling, we encountered several issues that I believe future guests should be aware of. These places were not inexpensive, and our experiences were far from satisfactory.

In Kotor, the accommodation had ants in the kitchen, which was very concerning. Additionally, the location was steep and difficult to access. We were also disturbed daily by a rooster that woke us up at 5 AM, and the neighbors were extremely noisy, making it hard to relax.

In Rome, the host was rude, and to our surprise, the remote for the air conditioning was hidden. This made it difficult to control the temperature in the room. At another location, we saw cockroaches, which was unacceptable. Yet another place had ongoing construction right next to our room, disrupting our stay.

It's frustrating to encounter these issues, especially when you’re paying for what should be a pleasant experience. These hosts seem to be engaging in practices that are not acceptable, and it’s important for future travelers to be aware of these potential surprises. Time and money are valuable, and it’s disappointing to face repeated unpleasant surprises during our travels.

Yettel is BS

We went to another country. We did not have service, we were not able to call anyone, no internet no way to connect with our airbnb host. I WROTE ON INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK TO PROVIDE US WITH A LINK TO BUY A PACKAGE SO THAT WE CAN USE OUR PHONES but the support did not help. They also charge us 700bgn for this AND IT COULD OF BEEN MORE. We both telecon tourist card for internet and viber service. It worked for less then a minute. YETTEL IS BS!

Undelivered order and I received a partial refund, not a full refund of my money.

Before placing the order, I read that the delivery would take 3-5 business days.

Ten days have passed since July 21, and my order has been in Germany for days.

I filled out the form on the site but did not receive a response. I also wrote on Facebook and called twice.

Now I'm writing to Terranova's international chat in Italian because no one from Bulgaria is answering, and the international support only knows Italian.
I know Bulgarian, English, and German, and I am using a translator to communicate with them. Given that they are the support team, it is only natural that I make the effort to ensure clear communication...

I paid for a product that I ordered before traveling based on the 3-5 business day delivery timeframe.

The order status shows that it is in Germany, and it is unclear when it will arrive.

I requested a refund.

I received a partial refund, not a full refund of my money...

Пуснат абонамент по усмотрение на фирма БЕЗ ЗНАНИЕ И СЪГЛАСИЕ на клиент

Пуснали са ми абонаментна услуга без договор и мое съгласие, която си тече и сега 2-ри месец трябва да плащам. Питам защо имам увеличение. Те не носели отговорност кой какво натиска.

Договорите имат условия и нови абонаменти се водят анекси. Искам писмено да ми се покаже къде съм се съгласила и подписала на нов абонамент и анекс към договора ми. Аз не нося отговорност за това те какво ми включват без мое знание! Искам да ми бъде спряно всичко, за което няма подпис и документ. Това е незаконно и писмено да ми се докаже, че съм "кликнала" някъде изобщо.

Bad service, I don't recommend it.

Bad service, I don't recommend it.

Had a problem with the delivery of 3 orders.
I communicated it to them. No improvement.

I don't want to waste my time waiting for the order on days that they informed me that it will come and it doesn't. I also don't want to deal with incompetent Zooplus support.
