Fine until you actually pay for the car
The initial process with choosing a car and test driving was smooth and efficient but once I had chosen a car and paid for it they didn’t seem to keep up with this level of service. I was told I’d have a call back regarding an appointment which didn’t happen. I had an appointment to pick my new car up at 3pm and at 4.05 we were finally seen after constantly chasing it up. The car itself is in perfect condition, clean and tidy inside and outside. It’s just the level of service in between we had issues with.
