Great tooth brush. My teeth feel much cleaner than with my old oral B one. Lightweight easy to travel with. Great being able to turn the power off so the brush on button can’t get pressed by anything in a well stuffed toilet bag! Love the brush head cover. The fact it stay charged for 30 days or so is brilliant and it takes up no room at all in bathroom cupboard where it is stored on the magnet holder fixed to back of bathroom cupboard. No more sticky ness on charging unit. Very pleased and highly recommend it.

Fantastic shoes. At last a company who makes a women's size 9 that aren't wide. Super comfortable and look great.

The person who came got the marks out but has faded the fabric which is disappointing. Currently waiting to hear regarding next steps

Ordered for quick delivery and they got my handles to me within 24 hours which was ideal as carpenter was on site to fit. Quality is good and they look great on my wardrobes. Excellent service and this exact same design was cheaper with these guys than other sellers

Judy in Guildford put in a lot of time and effort into my design. I was back and forth trying to make up my mind on colour and designs and she was very patient and helpful. Absolutely thrilled with the result. The fitters were excellent - did a great job and it looks fabulous.

I cane across My Bespoke Room on the Houzz website.. I contacted several designers there for my bedroom project but opted to MBR as I liked the sound of the shopping aspect. I had a few ideas but not a real plan to put a good design together. After signing up I met with Karine online and I found her very easy to talk with. I had sent in all the measurements and photos of the space together with other pics of the house so she could get a better understanding of our style and budget. We had a number of meetings to develop the plan, all very collaborative, and she created a fabulous design with details that I would never have come up with. On the shopping side there were lots of alternatives for items used in the design and the wonderful Jess co-ordinated all the deliveries and any returns. This removed all the effort required to go out, source and purchase all the components. Our room has been transformed from a boring featureless space to a warm inviting one. We are absolutely delighted with the result and highly recommend Karine and My Bespoke Room services.

The evening was about wine paring. The wines were excellent but the food was a bit disappointing. The balance was a bit off and the second plates were nearly cold

I bought this pillow after having a bad time with a Tempur pillow that had a very high loft. I had terrible neck ache. This pillow is so well designed to support the neck and keep the head in alignment with the spine. So many (I know - I have tried..) memory foam pillows are quite hard. This is just right. Supportive but with softness. Neck ache all gone. I really recommend this pillow. I have had it for a couple of months and am sleeping so much better. Thank you Groove!

We had a fantastic tour guide who talked to us about the history of the area and how the vineyards had begun. She was very knowledgable about wine from the area and able to answer all questions. Small group of like-minded people who were great fun. We were picked up in an excellent small mini bus with very comfortable seats around the outside edge so everyone could talk to each other. She took us to 3 very different wineries - all very good and quite different wines. An excellent experience and would have liked to mention the tour guide's name but sadly have forgotten it!

Had to wait several months for my lamp but am delighted with it. Great design and works perfectly for the space it was bought to go in.

Great customer service. Sadly the product was not for me. Not substantial enough which was my fault. Maybe should have got the firmer one. Had to return it.

Excellent service and no hard sell. The manager Martin is first class and very knowledgable about products stocked. He was so helpful in guiding us to our final selection and the whole ongoing process was clearly explained. I look forward to receiving our bed sofa.
