It's insane how obviously rigged it is
It's insane how obviously rigged it is. Once in maybe 100 sessions where you start with $20 will you make it to $50 and be able to cash out. Table selection doesn't matter at all- if you select a table full of fish, the fish will simply hit miracle cards over and over.
You can tell it is rigged because of all the blatant setups as well. Like an early raising fish calls your 3 bet with KsKd from the Big Blind. Flop is 1 spade, King of hearts, 10 of Diamonds. You can already see the setup in your mind. "He's going to turn over Jack Queens of spades or diamonds". You raise, he reraises, you can't profitably fold a set of Kings on a board like this so now you have to call this super fish. Whether they hit the Ace, 9, or runner runner flush, is up to the system.
So pocket pairs that are supposed to have a roughly an 60-80% win rate against fish have a 10% win rate if that, so there's really nothing you can do except play EXTREMELY nitty and hope you hit the nuts.
This is how you know it's rigged. To even cash out $50 on a weekend night with perfect table selection, you have to basically play 4-10 hours straight and just check, check, check every single hand until you get a lucky nuts. Your pocket pairs will never hold, and will just get you into trouble. A10/AJ/AQ and especially Ace King will also just get you into trouble. I hit a pair with these hands by the river maybe 5% of the time they are played, which is supposed to be 60%.
When you finally do hit an Ace or King on a dry board, be prepared for an instant reraise from the 'fish' (who is either a new player or a housebot) who has been going all in with bottom pairs all night. Magically they turn over whatever they need to win. If they have 1 pair, the river gives 2. If you have 2 pair, they hit a set. If you have a set they hit a flush. If you have a full house, they have Quads.
My last 2 sessions on Global Poker they finally stole my stack after making me lose 50-100 hands in a row with more than 1 big blind in them. Both times to Quads. I was laughing when I flopped a 9's and Aces full house vs the super loose fish who played every hand. "So they gave me a nuts full house, except if they gave him AA". The reraise comes on the river, nobody is folding a dry board full house of 9's. He turns over Quad Aces to finally take my last $4. Again, this was after dodging MULTIPLE insane coolers including a 3 way allin full house/straight flush/and I flopped a set of Aces with my AK.
The amount of times you get reraised on this site, even heads up, and they turn over the literal miracle cards that make up like 6 hand combinations out of 1300, is insane. For those who don't know the math, for you to have them on a very specific hand with 6 hand combinations for example, is a ONE IN TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN chance. These happen back to back to back. It's mathematically impossible.
Your best bet is to never use real money, just use the promotional money. Never play freerolls, they are rigged to make sure even if you are chip leader, you get crushed before the bubble or maybe get like $0.50 which is nothing considering the tourney will take 1-4 hours.
They've made it impossible to win on their site. Which makes sense if you think about it, how do you think they can 'afford' to give away $3 for free to thousands of people every week. I've played hundreds of tourneys on Global, I've only ever hit money in one. It was a rigged tourney as well. I noticed midway through the tourney every single hand was getting runner runners for me. So I just called every single hand that was decent and all-inned every pair. I won the tourney for $100. One tourney out of hundreds, and I'm pretty sure they only let me 'win' because I had recently spent like $1k on high stakes poker (and lost everything to their bots calling my AA with 23o and KK with 46o- both snap calls. Nobody does that).
