I used the RAC App today (18/4/25) when my battery was flat. I had just taken my cat to the vets and was stuck in their car park. I am mobility impaired, which I confirmed when I raised the breakdown. The mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of me logging the breakdown and got the car started immediately. He waited with me for 10 minutes to make sure that there was enough charge in the batter. He was very polite and put me at ease straight away. Absolutely excellent service - I only renewed my cover yesterday and I'm so glad I did.

My first met with Castle Fine Art in Leeds was in 2019 when I spotted some Spider-Man Artwork, signed by Stan Lee. This led me to make my first purchase – Spidey Saves the Day!

Since then, my family and I have purchased several pieces and I have to say that Roy, Luke and the team are nothing short of amazing! They always offer a very warm welcome and have the passion, knowledge and dedication to help us make the right choice, making every experience an absolute pleasure. The Leeds team are not only incredibly helpful and professional but also a genuinely friendly bunch who are a joy to work with. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I've been a customer of Vision Express at White Rose for over 20 years. You have looked after the eyecare for my entire family all of this time. I have bought glasses and contact lenses from you, as has my husband. We bought our children's glasses from you. Yasser and Adam are amazing. As was Andy, but he left this store several years ago.

Unfortunately, Elaine is probably the most rude person I have ever met! I have no idea why she has been put in a customer facing role because she treats all customers with distain. My husband and I have each had two liaisons with her and she has been unforgivably rude to both of us! We surely cannot be the only customers that she has offended. Elaine has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, assumes you're in the wrong, interrupts you when you're speaking to another team member, snaps at you and generally just treats you like someone's just trodden you in off the sole of their shoe! If it wasn't for the fact that other team members are lovely and helpful, I would leave Vision Express and take my custom elsewhere!

My husband and I have dealt with Andy Duffy for several years. Andy is one of the nicest, most sincere people that I have met. So, when I decided to purchase something in memory of my late father we contacted Andy.

I would like to thank Andy for spending so much time with me on Friday to make sure that I made the right choice. And John for teaching me how to set the time 🙂 What I left with is a beautiful time piece that I adore, but more importantly, one that has huge emotional value and will be kept within my family for many, many years. Andy and the team at Prestons, Leeds are an absolute asset to the business and I would recommend them without hesitation.
